Level two is “Food Safety Supervisor Certificate” (unit code: SITXFSA201). To be able to do the Supervisor Certificate course, you have to complete level one first.

The business owner cannot nominate you as a Food Safety Supervisor without your agreement. You need to obtain Food Safety Supervisor certificate to be a food safety supervisor.
